Liv Morgan soars to the title

No match in the Kickoff, the show starts directly with the pay-per-view and the first match is neither more nor less than the Money In The Bank Ladder Match feminine. Lacey Evans, Alexa Bliss, Liv Morgan, Raquel Rodriguez, Shotzi, Asuka, Becky Lynch compete for the briefcase.

Liv Morgan won the MITB Ladder Match.

The victory of Liv Morgan is superbly welcomed by the public and it is deserved. Unfortunately, we cannot praise the quality of the match, it was dynamic but with too many hazardous and botched spots. This is quite often the case in this type of match, unfortunately.

Bobby Lashley defeats Theory

First championship match of the evening, Theory defends the title of United States champion against Bobby Lashley who is chasing a third title this Saturday evening.

Bobby Lashley defeated Theory by submission with his Hurt Lock to become United States Champion.

An easy match for Lashley who completely dominated the match. Theory tried to scramble, but he was no match for Lashley’s strength.

Bianca Belair retains hands down

It’s Bianca Belair’s turn to defend her RAW Championship title against Carmella in the next match. A match in which Rhea Ripley should have been a challenger, but an injury kept her out of the ring for an indefinite period.

Bianca Belair defeated Carmella by falling with her KOD to retain the title of champion of RAW.

Banca Belair is still impressive in the ring, Carmella is doing well, but we weren’t expecting her victory. She attacks the champion after the match, as if to make us believe that Liv Morgan would want to kosher quickly but it will (fortunately) not happen.

Terrible passage of Alexa Bliss and her Lily in a segment used to advertise a credit card. The public boos badly.

The Usos and the Street Profits still treat

Return to action for a Tag Team Championship match. The Usos defend the RAW and SmackDown tag-team titles against the Street Profits.

The Usos beat the Street Profits by pinfall with the 1-D on Montez Ford to retain the tag team titles.

The match is a little heavy at the beginning, the Usos dominate, but the action ends up taking off in the middle of the match. The nearfalls are crazy, Montez Ford is crazy, the match is crazy. The Usos win it but there is a problem: Montez Ford had a raised shoulder during the pinfall. The match is not restarted, but the rivalry is probably not over.

Kevin Owens is entitled to a promo video clip, then an astonishing teaser announcing the arrival or the return of someone is certainly broadcast.

Ronda Rousey keeps, but Liv Morgan already cashes

Back in action, Ronda Rousey defended the SmackDown Championship against Natalya in the next match.

Ronda Rousey defeated Natalya via submission with an armbar to retain her SmackDown Championship title.

We could stop there, but surprisingly Liv Morgan’s theme song starts, she doesn’t hesitate for a moment and already collects Ms MITB’s briefcase on Ronda Rousey. She is not afraid of anything. The first seconds are worrying, Rousey dominates, but Morgan hits the champion in the already suffering knee and rolls her up victoriously.

Liv Morgan defeated Ronda Rousey with a roll up to become SmackDown Champion.

Liv Morgan is champion of SmackDown, it’s surprising but we appreciate. Surprising for two reasons: A little important because Liv Morgan is a RAW Superstar, the other because all the same, Liv Morgan beat Ronda Rousey.

Ronda Rousey has no remorse or resentment in any case, she gives the SmackDown champion belt to Liv Morgan herself before hugging her and then leaving to let the new champion celebrate. We hope that the reign will be up to the task and we wonder what will happen to Ronda Rousey for this summer.

Theory crashes and takes down the briefcase

We end the evening with the men’s Money In The Bank Ladder Match. Seth Rollins, Drew McIntyre, Sheamus, Omos, Riddle, Sami Zayn and Madcap Moss compete for the briefcase in the main event. But surprise, Adam Pearce has just announced the addition of an eighth participant: Theory, who has visibly played his relationships.

Theory won the Men’s MITB Ladder Match after knocking Riddle off the ladder.

A victory which will not be unanimous but which was certain once the wrestler was added to the match. The match is not bad even if we are not in the incredible, it mainly revolves around Omos and his opponents who do everything to put him out of action, apart from some nice spots like this RKO from the top of the ladder leaves Riddle on Rollins.

WWE Money In The Bank 2022 offers us a big surprise with Liv Morgan and her quick journey to the title of SmackDown champion, but leaves us a little stunned as the other would say. Theory is arguably one of the most promising talents in WWE and Briefcase has done the most interesting job: Pushing the next generation. Let’s hope that the sequence of events is in line with this idea.
